17. Does your company provide insurance?

As a hirer of inflatable equipment, it is of the utmost importance that we as a company are protected from any possible civil claim made against us, due to defective or poorly installed equipment. With this in mind our company is covered with up to 2 million pounds worth of PLI (Public Liability Insurance).

It is very important to understand, however, that our insurance does not cover you, any member of your family or your guests if an accident occurs under normal operating conditions. You must check to see whether you are covered by your own liability or personal accident insurance. Many hire companies advertise as ‘Fully Insured’ and customers often assume they are fully covered too but this is almost never the case.
